Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your VRG GRL pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for a store credit or refund within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Return Option

  Select whether you would like a store credit with a bonus incentive or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging before dropping them off at your nearest postal hub.

• 4.
  Processing Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
